Has anyone heard of Ley Lines, and their association with heightened spirit activity?
ley lines are suppose to be lines of energy heightened energy in whihc some say animals and even fish use as maps to guide them. It is well known amongst paranormal investigators that Ley Lines are also hot spots for spirit energy. Because the energy of the earth in that spot is far more greater , it is suppose to make it easier for spirit to communicate and display more activity, is is also meant to be a magnet for some spirit..
Now there are maps of ley lines online somewhere but i found them very hard to find..If you are lucky to live in an area that has already been investigated and mapped out, you will find a lovely detailed map, But like some of us Ley lines have yet to be explored..
Below are many links of websites that i have found , i dotn agree with them all, But there are some that really do have sound knowledge.. and i have tried to only add those i find are sound in knowledge and more scientific in nature.. Hope you nejoy reading about Ley Lines.. and If you find any great maps of your counrty which include Ley Lines please post up the links..
let me know what you think about these Ley Lines.
here is a google book that even though doesnt display all pages is well worth reading about Ley Lines
Here is a most fasinating page which has links that are extremely good and well researched and not at all occult like, but more on scientific grounds.. which i like

That kennsington Rune stone is so cool i use to have it on my business card.
I will have a look out on history channel for that episode on the stone RG
YOu know i still cant find anything on my home town or most of Australia with those ley lines.. they have some of Perth and Victoria mapped out..
I notice with the world ley lines we do have one that passes through up far north queensland where we are, but when i go to search on it, i find nothing???
It is so frustrating..

maybe i should try it again though with the chop stick my kids muck around witht hem too!! I bought them all wooden ones as they say they are best..
BUt i dont know whether i wil have the confidence as you do with dowsing to know whether it is a ley line or just an underground water pipe. LOL!
How would you know the difference RG?

i have never heard of ley lines. very intriguing! i did a bit of snooping around on google, and also checked out all the sites ya'll mentioned in your posts, (thank you!). i found that there are ley lines near where I am currently living, not right on top of me, but close enough and in the town south of where we use to live in Vermont. that is very interesting! and one of the ley lines in that town happen to run through an area where we use to hike often. it did have a very 'magical' feel to it, now I know why!
I'll have to explore this more at some point. it is very interesting! thanks for sharing you two!

I found a map very quickly of Michigan and the ley lines in it. I have lines running right through where I live.
This doesn't surprise me really as we have a old haunted asylum, a church which houses a very mean and nasty ghost in the basement (he was a member of the church who used to molest children in a room down there), and has a very active spiritual community.
Very interesting though, I had never even heard of such things. Too cool!
I will have to get pictures of those places for the haunted areas part of the forum.

All of them are ley lines, the colors are coordinated as to whether or not the lines are only in michigan, whether or not they were discovered by someone else or the person who was doing the research on the lines themselves, or what have you.

I have found out a bit more on Ley Lines around the world..
Here are some websites..
('Heilige Linien' to the Germans 'Fairy paths' to the Irish, 'Dragon Lines' to the Chinese, 'Spirit Lines' to Peruvians and 'Dream paths' (Turingas) to the Australian Aborigines - and so on around the world).
still havent been able to find a map of Australia and its magic Turinga lines ( Ley Lines)
But i have found this.. According to this world grid.. a Ley Line actually runs right through the place a live..
I have to read more to discover how to work out the smaller ley Lines..
The ley line 27 - 44 Ayers rock runs along that line..

On the large world map The Bermuda actually is at number 18.. and it is at a centre point, of at least 10 different ley lines.. Interesting!!

Here are a few more.. What baffles me is how did people in times without modern technology and their knowledge of the world was limited.. How did they Know about Ley Lines?
Ley Lines and the Earths Vertices..
These two short videos is mainly visual.. With some lovely Native Indian music in the background.. It also touch on the megaliths around the world and Bermuda Triangle.
Part 1
Part 2
This is really interesting from the author :Hugh Newman.." Earth Grids" It is only a snippet of his work.. he does have a monodrone voice.. But if you are interested in Ley lines this is a must to watch.. he goes off the planet to the Moon etc..talks about Indigo children. etc.. Interesting man.
I have gone through quite a few videos.. some are absolute crap..LOL!! One was trying to imbed subliminal messages LOL!!

I've been two or three times already and am going back again the end of April this year. I do recall one trip in particular cruising to Bermuda. I was in our cabin, meditating and had hoped to do a few readings for people whom I owed medium readings to. I opened myself up and mentioned that I was ready to have spirits come to me and WHAM! all of a sudden the whole cabin was flooded with spirits! There must have been 50 to 80 spirits or more, everyone yelling to get my attention. I am not usually clausterphobic but, I began to feel that way! I had to apologize to all the spirits and told htem that it was too much, and I couldn't handle it and I asked my guides to clear the room and asked the spirits to please leave. They did.
But, I do recall then, my aunt and uncle who cruised all the time, coming in again, and dancing and my aunt telling me, "I just LOVED cruising!" she did too! and, so do I!
So, i'm not sure if it had to do with the ley lines or me opening myself up like I did. but, it was an interesting experience.
