June 24th Circle, Unable to make it!

Sorry guys I am yet again unable to make tonights circle..
The pain in my neck and shoulders are unbearable so i have had to use medication..
and am now ready for bed.. they make me sleepy.
No good for tuning in

I really am not a good dying swan LOL!

I am so use to being independant and plugging through. But sometimes the pain is too much.
I have a littel time off from spirit connections as I felt too drained from trying to heal.

I have a little way to go to heal. but i am hoping it is not too far away.. I can wake up now and feel pain free for longer.
so there is improvement. I am still unable to look after Babies.. I tried the other week, and it sent me backwards. Bugger!!

But anyway.. enough of my woes.. Thanks for the healing.
I am coming a bit better. so should be right for wednesdays circle.

I really am hoping to use names this time, in the circle... I need practice with them..
I will send a mass email today some stage.
