Hi everyone, I do hope you all have a wonderful Holiday season.
Celebrating what it is you normally do..
We celebrate Yule and Christmas, Santa the presents the works.. The kids love it!! I do add a Yule ritual in amongst it all to remind them to keep their feet on the ground and be thankful for all the life sustaining natural world around us. and send out prayers to others who are not in a safe, homely, loving place.
animals and humans alike.
MY children look forwards to the ritual. and lighting the candles for all of our passed over loved ones, inviting them all to visit and celebrate with us.
This Year our list has extended by another 3 , Gran, Dylan and Bruin. All passing over this year.
All three hold special places in our hearts. and will be remembered.
we also Make Yuletide cake and Christmas puddings.
But this year we wont be home. to make any of it..
we will be visiting family we haven't spent time with in such a long time..
Hopefully we will be able to add our ritual, even if we take a trip down to the beach and do our family ritual there.
So I hope you all have some wonderful Holidays connecting to those you love, celebrating Life, Love and the feast our Mother earth supplies for us. Embrace it all..
Send out a prayer to all those not as fortunate as ourselves. All those lonely cold animals and People who don't know it is Christmas, and Just another day they need to survive.
You all take care and i will be back in the new year..
