missed circle today , just got online. problems with the wireless router for a coupls of days and I found out from the neighbour ( she had a scone bake and invited the whole street over ) that the girl two doors up, who is like the rest of the village snowed in, has borrowed a laptop and is working from home and thinks she's in my wireless network by mistake because she's never done this before ! So that explains my problem..

we also having problems with our phone lines and net..not due to snow like you , but monsoonal rain storms..

I have changed all the times as well.. so i will fix this post up right now while i am thinking of it..
